Approvals in CHARM

We have a CHARM setup and it's working fine.

However except at the very beginning the initial ticket has an "authorized" action, all the rest activities such

as "pass test to test", "set production status", etc, there is no approval needed.

We want to add at least one approval before the production move. How to achieve that?

Hi,

I belive you are talking about normal correction. The approval lies in the change of maintanance cycle. Unless you change the status of the maintanance cycle, the correciton would not move to the production. Please provide the authorization to change the maintance cycle to the authorized person only.
