IDOC in yellow status

Hi All,

I have a scenerio where STATUS01 goes back to SAP system and updates status of outbound IDOC.

I have created patner profile for receiving STATUS01 IDOC and its active but IDOC when reach SAP system went but always remains in yellow status saying Workitem has been started. Ideally after processing it should went to Green, so it means processing is on going and not complete.

Can anyone help me with this

Vikrant,

Check version of your idoc msg. compare the versions between PI input and SAP system. also check whether you see any errors in SM58. contact your functional resource they should be able to post it to application.

Hi,

try running BD64 with your idoc number and process the idoc from it

Vikranth,

Can you check your t-RFC(SM58) queue @ the SAP system? You will able to get a lead from there on.
