No receiver could be determined

Hi All,

Please help me with following error message in case of IDoc-XI-file scenario:

NO_RECEIVER_CASE_ASYNC

We are using BPM for bundling of IDocs into a file.

In processed XML messages, all receiver information is blank.

In your case, there will be 2 receiver determinations,

1. One from the R3 ( IDOC) to your BPM ( Integration process) ( Receive Step)

2. One from the BPM to the File ( Send Step).

Have you done them with the correct interfaces?

Hi,

I was also facing the same problem the other day, try to activate Receiver Determination,Receiver agreeement,Interface determination or it is better if you recreate all these again and there should be 2 receivers

firstly from SAP->BPM and secondly

BPM->File and <b>test the configuration and check for errors in SXMB_MONI.</b>Hope this helps

You can test your configuration with sample

payload.

In ID goto to TOOLS -

---

> Test Configuration for testing.

Hope in this way you can still find at which point the interface goes wrong.

Hi,

Looks like there is some problem with your receiver determination.

You will have to have two receiver determinations here:

1. SAP system to your BPM.

2. BPM to your file service.

make sure you have configured both.

Since you are not getting any receiver information, make sure your mapping is alright.

Click on the PE corresponding to your entry in SXMB_MONI and view the tecnical details.

This should give you more information about the process happening in the BPM.

Hi Rama,

Are you getting Idoc messages into BPM ?

1) Check the Receiver Determination is configured correctly. i.e R/3 to BPM

2) Verify all the configurations like SM59, Partner Profile/Logical systems. etc. Also check in SM58 of R/3 system.

3) Make sure that All the objects are activated in the Directory

4) Refresh the cache,

5) Verify is the business system is pointing to correct R/3 system . Go to Business system/Service->Menu->Adapter specific identifiers in the directory

Hi,

Please check the configurations from the send step to the receiver determination.

1.Are the MI and service correct?

2. Have you done receiver determination from your IP to the receiver service with correct Interface.
