Result Recording changes log

Dear All,

If i have done a RR for an Inspection Lot and If somebody has change the results to a different one how can i track the changes? Because if we do a change to a PO/LI all the changes are recorded. Likewise is there any way we can track the changes in Inspection Lot?

If we can what are the steps that i have to do?

Hi'

There is one std functionality available in SAP ,Check the control indicators of the char/mic there is one option called RR change Docs.This will allow you to store the Results history which can be seen through QA32 -->RR screen as a History.

I ticked the RR change docs box. Then i update the Inspection plan with the latest MIC. Then i did the results recording and later change the result to a different figure. But in the QE13 or QA32 transaction no change document shows. Is there anything additional that need to be done.

hi ,

in result recording page , go to the EXTRAS in menu header in that you will be able to see change history option.

here you can view th euser id who have done the changes.
