Period blocked in Planning Book

Dear Friends,

In sdp94, i wanted to enter the planning figures for the april, since the period is already started it has been grayed out. Please tell me how open this grayed out period to enter the plan?

Hi Sree,

When we design planning book data views, in the u201CPeriod Information u201C section of the specific data view, we need to tick field u201CVisibleu201D and update field u201C Frm u201C suitably ( e.g. 01.04.2010) .

This will make period starting from 01.04.2010 till as given by the Planning bucket profile in the future.

In your case, when the period has grayed out, that means as per the data view settings, it is not visible.

Please check the settings in the data view of the relevant planning book.
