sales order discount

Dear All

I have a scenario where , i have created one sales order ,and their are 5 line items in one sales order

and the tota amount is say for example 10,000 dollars and i wnat to give discount of 500 dollars ,on grand total

not on line item

please let me know how to achieve this

Kindly use the condition type with the following settings in the t code V/06

tick--- group condition

tick--- header condition

HB00 condition type to my pricing procedure, what else i have to do

Put the condition type in the sales order header and give the desired discount and it will proportianately apply on the items

Hi,

Yes you can use HB00 condition type. Except adding this condition type into your pricing procedure need not do anything. If it is percentage based you can use HA00. These header conditions are entered manually while creating sales order.
