Install HTML help

Hi,

I am trying to install HTML help on our ERP systems. We are on EHP 4

SP02. Our GUI is 710 patch 15.

I tried to install the SAP HELP with the help of SAPINST. I used the

the DVD number 50096277. Installation has finished successfully. I

think all it does is to copy the files to destination directory. There

is a directory "EN" undermail directory and then 3 directories for EHP

2,3 and 4. And under them there are several directories for different

components and under each there .chm files.

I have shared the folder. I am able to access that if i try from my

computer on OS level.

I did the settings in SR13. I put the following entries under

HTMLHELPFILE

variant = HELP

Platform = WN32

Area= IWBHELP

Path =
<IP address of the server where help folder is>\htmlhelp

Language = EN

Default = Checked the box for default.

But when i try to click on help--> application help, it gives me error.

The error is as follow: -

Kindly go through the SAP Note 95309 SAPDOCCD.LOG - description.
