SRM & External Tax Engine

Hello All.

Has anyone connected SRM with an External Tax Engine?

I have used it in a scenario where the Tax Engine was connected with SAP ERP and then we connected SRM w/ ERP.

But wanted to know if anyone has connected SRM directly to the Tax Software (Vertex/Taxware).

Hi

I have some info for you.

Tax calculation occurs in vertex or Taxware (US and CANADA) .The logical system and destination of the external system should have been specified with system type TAX_EXT in the define backend sysytems.check the function module EXT_TAX_CALCULATION if you encounter any problem.
