SLDCHECK is not Working

Hi ,

As a daily check I am checking the SLD connection with SLDCHECK t-code in every system (DEV,QA,PROD). I getting below message

Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection

Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI

RFC host:

program id: NWA_PROGRAM

gateway host:

iltlvsap22.sap.n.com

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping was successful

SLD server access settings:

host name: mmva.mmmess.com

port number: 50000

user : slddsuser

Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data

Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...

=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

Now checking access to the XI Profile

all interfaces are working fine but in this message I am getting that '

if all is fine then why I am getiing this message "" Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

Hi,

Check the user maintained in the SLDAPICUST tcode....

either user used might be incorrect or the user might have got locked...

use tcode su01 for knowing the user got locked or not...and also for unlocking the same if locked..

check all the users you maintained for SLD.... (it might be the case of locked user)

Is it effecting your scenarios (it should not... as it is getting business systems very well)

I have checked it is not at all effecting my scenario.

but my concern it should not show any error in SLDCHECK t-code...

Hi,

Exception 4 is related to the authorisation issue only..

check the FM LCR_GET_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS...

otherwise run the same....using SE37...will get to know...whether the business systems are maintained or not...

u should have a entry in tcode SLDAPICUST of application sys.

Here u have to give the details of PI ..like J2ee server port..userid etc
