change in billing

Dear Guru,

Once i save the billing document, can i update the pricing or van enter new condition type in change mode of billing document.

Because last financial year 2009-2010 i have created one billing document on dated 31.03.2010.but that billing document was wrong.i don't want to cancel this document

& want to update pricing or enter new condition,there is any possibilities.

Hi,

Once the Billing is posted to Accounting , you can not chage anything in the Billing document except the Output type , text .

So you must cancel the Invoice and create the new invoice .

OR

You can use Credit memo request ( CR ) or Invoice correction request (RK).
