"pass correction to test" cannot do import

Experts:

In my CHARM setup, "pass correction to test" can only release the change request (CR), it cannot import the CR into QA.

I have to go to the task plan to manually import into QA.

Could you explain how to fix this issue?

Hi Tina,

I assume you are using an urgnt correction. Please go to its tasklist using the Document Flow button and double-click on the H000000XXXX Tasklist. There you will be able to see what happens during the import and give us more information that will help to solve your issue.

Can you check the user have proper authorization.
