SAP Easy acces menu: userinterface MENUS000 is missing

Hi All,

I am applying patches for SAP ABAP and BASIS SP 16. I got error ssaying that

Table RSMPTEXTS: Duplicate record during array insert occured

to resolve the issue I followed the below steps

1.) run reports: SAPRSEUF, SAPRSEUG (with param 'X')

2.) SE11 for RSMPTEXTS, Utilities->database objects->database utilities->activate and adjust database... after that extras->force conversion

After the force conversion Short dump and i am uable to access sap system

when i login into system i am getting the following messeage

Status MEN of the user interface MENUS000 is missing.

How to resolve this issue ?

Where did you get the steps from? Have you got this resolution from any standard SAP note?

I am afraid at this point you have to perform restoration of your database using your last successful offline back up. Prefer raising an OSS message with SAP before restore.
