The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current

We refresh our EBP system for development clients after system packs. We are on EBP 4.0, R/3 4.6C and we are on classical scenario. Before system packs we were using MED-400 as EBP system and MD1-400 as R/3 system. Now we are using EBP-500 as EBP system and MD1-500 as R/3 system. We did our clients refresh steps but we are missing something. When I shop thro' web gui we are getting following error message.

Interpreter Failed

The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.

Please contact the system administrator.

Internal error code: 0x2101

I would appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Mrudula,

I suppose you are using Internal ITS for EBP-500..So have you maintained the Internal ITS settings properly?Particularly,

1>Maintenance of entries in table TWPURLSVR.

2>Activate the service SHUFFLER along with service SYSTEM.

3>Publish all the services.

4>Maintain the settings in UTILITIES>SETTINGS>INTERNET TRANSACTION SERVER.

5>Also the HOST file needs to be maintained for the SRM Server.

I can not find service named SYSTEM.. SHUFFLER is published. How can I found the service? Or is it necessary to create it?

We have maintain entries in the table TWPURLSVR.

Can you please help me with point 2 to 5? We are using WGATE for ITS.

Hi,

The settings which i said were more specific to Internal ITS...

-->First of all you need to publish all the servcies properly.

-->Maintain the Host file(i hav a doc for the same,pls mail me at disha_1008@yahoo.co.in)

-->also publsih the servies "SYSTEM and"SHUFFLER" form SE80.

> maintain the settings in se80>Utilities>Inetrnet trasaction server>test service and Utilities>Inetrnet trasaction server>publish

Hi Mrudula,

have you checked your RFC destination with the new R/3 ?

Do you have a dump in ST22 ?

What append if you launch the same shop transaction in SAP GUI mode (exit esay access with a /n and then enter the used transaction: BBPSC02 or BBPSC03...) ?

Do you have a popup ?
