Phase controller for ur-gent correction is greyed out

In CHARM, I find out that on txn SCMA the menu edit->phase controller->previous phase ( or next phase) is greyed out for ur-gent correction..

For normal correction, the same menu item button is NOT greyed out.

Could you kindly help give the tips to enable that for ur-gent correction?

Hi,

In the normal corrections, the phase is managed from the phase controller of the attached maintenance cycle. But in the urgnt corrections, which are independant from the maintenance cycle, the phase is controlled by the status of the correction itself.

Hi,

You can find the related maintenance cycle of a normal correction from the 'Document Flow' icon. This will display the corresponding CR and Maintenance cycle. If you wish to see the list of maintenance cycles existing in your systes, please call the transaction /tmwflow/maintinst.
