We are on SRM 7.0, ECC 6.0 EHP4.
The PPS functionality has been switched on recently in SRM.We are looking to create purchase orders for the next fiscal year.
What switch do i need to 'turn on' on the ECC side to replicate the PO (the PO has additional fields as PPS has been turned on now). There are a couple of switches--concerning SRM integration, but i do not know which one to activate.
Any inputs?
Thanks
Jack

Hi Jack,
As you told as funcionality has been changed to SRM. Maybe if you try to look for in PSM-GPR or SRM forum directly some
people working on this component could you help with a better answer.

Dear colleague,
For running PPS on SRM 7.0 you need to install SRM 7.0 first. Than you
have to switch on the two business functions for PPS in SRM 7.0.
On the ECC side PPS requires some Business Functions that are made
available with EhP4 for ECC 6.0. Thus, on the ECC side (and only there)
you have to install EhP4 including the EA-PS features and activate the
relevant BF's. (SRM GP integration)
The business functions you would need activated on SRM side as well as
on ECC EhP4 side are very well documented in help.sap.com, there you go
to SRM and than to Procurement for Public Sector.

Noemi,
Can you post the links that you refer to from help.sap.com? I couldnt find what you are referring to.
Our situation is similar to Jack's, the person who started this thread.
I am trying to find out what settings, if any, need to be turned on in PSM - FM, to allow POs to be created for a future year.
Your help is appreciated.

Trey / JACK,
We have the same scenario as yours. I am also trying to find out the SRM and PSM-FM settings that need to be activated to allow purchase orders to be made in advance for the future fiscal year.
Did you find out anything? Can you please respond to this post and let us all know?
Thanks.
