Hi:

Our CHARM was working fine until this morning.

I have created a normal correction. When I select action " create transport request", I get the error as follows:

The last action triggered is locked in the task list

Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG 027

Diagnosis

A task in the SAP Change Manager task plan is used to perform an action. It is locked and cannot be performed.

System Response

The action was cancelled.

Procedure

If you are authorized, go into the task plan and unlock the tasks.

How to find the track and unlock it?

Hi,

this message is usually caused by locked actions in the task list. Please open the task list of the maintenance cycle assigned to your normal correction. To do this you can use the document flow button after you had opened the normal correction.

If the task list had opened, check the actions below system track AZS-801. The lock item should not be locked.

You can unlock task groups by performing the action "Lock/Release Transport Tracks" in section "General tasks".. If this does not work, or if the actions are already unlocked, please check authorizations.
