Hi,

I will say, Smartforms is less complicated than Script.

If you want to use Z driver program and Smartforms, all you need to do is to ask (if you are not able to find yourself) functional guys for Output Type used for the output (print/fax/...). Then assign your Z driver program and your smartforms to that output type using NACE. In driver program, you need to use FORM ENTRY (may be some other in your case) as we used to do in Script.

Thats all. Enjoy..

Hello

in NACE you should consider application V1. clicking on output types, leads you to the asignment of program and smartforms: make sure with SD team, which is the output type that will be linked to the quotation: copy the content of standard output type AN00 into this one.

If you want to switch from sapscript to smartforms, you can use as a basis for your developments:

program R2RRVADOR01 and smartform R2RBL_SDORC_L.

then assign them to the output type under "Processing Routine" node.

Hi Manjunath,

The procedure is same for both the SAP Script and Smartforms replace the name of the SAP Script with the Smartform and rest all the same as you do for SAP Script.

There is a standard driver program defined in NACE customizing. Read this program, you'll see that it calls the smart form (name of smart form customized in NACE too) with parameters, that you need to define in your custom smart form. That's all.
