VA05- Delivered Qty

Dear Experts,

In list of sales order report (VA05), i need report with delivered qty.

But currently that column (Delivered Qty) is not getting displayed in any layout (Column set also Displayed Column)

Kindly suggest me how can i add 'Delivered Qty" column in 'Column Set'?

Hi,

Take a look at e.g. OSS note 37871 - List display of open sales documents, which took give you a good guide on how to resolve your issue.

You probably need to use the document flow to get the proper data.

There is no such Delivered Quantity in VA05.you can get such date through VL10E.

I believe you achieve you requirement by building a query in SQVI with the tables VBAK VBAP VBFA LIKP and LIPS

If necessqry assign it to a Z-transaction.

May be of help.

Instead of delivered quantity, you can consider Open quantity which is nothing but ordered quantity minus delivered quantity.

Hi,

You cannot display the Delivered Qty in VA05 since its a report. Contact your ABAPer to get a customised report to display the Delivered Qty

Hi,

In VA05, delivered quantity can not be displayed. to see the delivered quantity of a sales order you can check transaction code VL10E.
