In CHARM, I try to release a tp CR to QA. The steps are as follows:
go txn crm_dno_monitor
double click the CR that should be released to the QA
select the action "pass correction to test"
Then it fails with message as follows:
Action Release Transport Request in system AZS 801 of type Source Systems has been cancelled
Message no. CHM1_ACTION_LOG065
Diagnosis
Action cancelled because of error.
System Response
Action is cancelled. Transaction status error.
Procedure
The error messages are retained for further analysis until the next transaction check.
Procedure for System Administration
Analyze other messages in the application log of the task list of the transaction.
I did not have this error before.
I find 2 SDN threads with the same error:
However after apply the said note, the error is still there;

Hi,
We had same issue and sapnote : 1239726 was cannot be implemented state
We have Checked in dev_rd and found that there was issue in gateway services. In satellite system SMGW transaction was not working and RFC from DEV to QAS also not working.
After restarting the gateway processes issue has been resolved and RFC connections working fine. Charm is imported successfully.

Hi,
in the tasklist of your CR you should see a more detailed error message. It could be that RFC connections are no longer working or authorizations are now missing.

Christoph
