Hi ,

Whenever I am tried to view Systems list inside Landscape component in TC: SMSY, it takes very long time to show list of servers/system inside that.

However RFC connections to satellite servers are working fine.

Server Details : Solman 7.0 EHP1 / Oracle /HP UX

SAP_BASIS 701 0002 SAPKB70102 SAP Basis Component

SAP_ABA 701 0002 SAPKA70102 Cross-Application Component

ST 400 0018 SAPKITL428 SAP Solution Manager Tool

Any help will appraisable.

Thanks

Gyan

Dear Gyan,

Can you please check transaction ST03N to see what the average response time is, specially on the DB part? Is the DB part taking majority of the time?

Also, if you pull one of the EWA reports up, do you see issues within the DB part explained in the EWA report? Does it refer to any recommendations for the DB?

Please check this and advise of your findings. If the DB recommendations are hightlighted in the EWA report, please follow the recommendations to resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Mark
