Issue with Asynchronous update in LIS

Hi Friends,

I have an issue with MCTG. The update was set as Asynchronous. Yesterday(31.03.2010) a Sale order was saved at 23.12PM so that the sale can be shown in the Fiscal Year 2009. But in MCTG it is showing as sale on 01.04.2010.

I know that Asynchronous update option will not update the Info structures immediately. Is there any specific time mentioned any where in the system?

Can his particular order can be shown in any way in MCTG as sale on 31.03.2010?

Hi

Check the update rule settings for your info structure. Sounds like you want order create date. Chances are the update rule is using some other date like requested delivery date.

Hi all,

I have tried MCVR, but no clue.

I have one more question.

There is an sales order which was created in September 09. This was changed in January 2010, February 2010 and March 2010. The major changes were Credit release and change of Sales Office. In info structure S002, there are three entries for the same sales order.

Why the Infostructure is updated like that?

Hi,

Do the simulation with tcode MCVR for this SO, and do the analisys over SIS S002, perhaps you will find any solution.
