Product Hierarchy creation

Hello All,

I am a BI Consultant. Currently working on a project in SD module. Can any of the SD gurus please provide me a Document or the steps to create and maintain product hierarchy?

There is already a product hierarchy in the customer system but according to the customer it is a wrong one. Is it possible to have more than one product hierarchies in the system? If yes please tell me how to create the new hierarchy?
