Hi Friends,
My scenario is File>XI->SOAP.
Iam getting the error in my XI system " Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD for system XIP and client 400 Error when communicating with the Landscape Directory ".
I had gone thru forum. I could see many posts regarding the same. However all are talking about XI to R/3 or veice versa. My scenario is file to SOAP. I tried all the methods given in the posts. But nothing seems to work out.
Please help me in resolving the issue.
Regards,
Radhika.
Hi Radhika,
Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD for system XIP and client 400 Error when communicating with the Landscape Directory
1) Check SLDAPICUST for SLD access entries
2) In SM59: check connections SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC.
3) Note 1242382 - XI runtime: AE_DETAILS_GET_ERROR for SLD access

Hi,
Once I had that problem my instance was not running. Maybe you should check your NWA if it is up and running.

Hi Radhika,
Also check the whether SLD is running properly or not. then perform transaction SLDCHECK in the backend system.
Hope it helps

This is not scenario specific problem. This is more of PI system comfiguration issue.
Perform SLDCHECK and see if things are fine there.
