letter attachment to RE

Hi,

I have one standard template letter to be send to the tenant, Can anyone explain how to attach this letter in Real Estate Module?

Hi,

Please go to SAP menu, choose: Accounting -- Flexible Real Estate Management -- Master Data-- RE Navigator.

In the Navigation Area, select My Object and expand Real Estate Contracts by choosing the right arror icon on the left of the entry.

Double click your first external commercial rental agreement.

To start one u2013time correspondence (word interface), choose print with office Application icon.

Select the general correspondence as a template and click your master tenant with customer account in the selection area for the correspondence recipient.

Start the office application and change the text as you please and store the changed document by choosing store icon.
