Service Desk & CHaRM training on Solman 3.2

Hi Guys,

My company based out of Montreal wants to train 4 ppl on the following SAP courses: USMF50 Service Desk on SolMan 3.2 and USMF55 ChaRM on SolMan 3.2.

The courses are not offered in North America so we're looking for a company who's interested in sharing the training costs with us.

If you're interested please contact me as soon as possible since we have to start configuring CHaRM very soon.

To those who attended the course in Brussels....was it useful?

Has anyone implemented ChaRM in a production support track? If so could you please share configuration steps / processes etc?

Hi Salpi,

Did you get the training finally? I am assigned the task of implementing the ChaRM functionality on Solman 4.0 and also looking for training. Do please guide me I am based out of India. there are no trainings marked on USMF 55. (SMO155-new version)
