Patch set 10.2.0.4 splitted

I´ve downloaded the patch set 10.2.0.4 in three parts with the extension *.bin . I´m following the steps por grouping the files in one unique file with this command.

Windows copy

aa.bin /B + 
ab.bin /B + ... 

.zip

Of this note

But the file with the extension .zip never is generate. What can I do?

This is resolved I quit the last "+".
