quality to scrap

we have 2 quantity in Quality stock and this material come at quality via 311 movt type ,now user need to post this material from quality to scrap ....pls suggest how to do this ?

Hi,

Just do the normal quality clearing process.

QA32->QA02(if more than one plan->QE51n->QA11

when you do UD (QA11) you will see insp. stock tab and you just put the amount in scrap field.

as this material comes with 311 movt type there is no ispection lot generated ...

No insp. lot is generated!!! but material in quality.

08 insp. type is activated in your Material Master?

QM is active for 311 mov. type?

if the answer is yes then lot must be generated.

insp type 08 is activated for the material. but there is no ispection stock , I checked the material document list Tcode MB51

but there is no 321 movt type ...pls suggest

Hi,

Your inspection type 08 activated their fore your stovk moved to inspection stock.

You just check their must be lot have been created .You just check in QA32 search with 08 inspection origin & try to find out lot which was generated during stock posting.

In Qa32 input screen put material , plant , remove date , inspection origin put 08 & try to search your lot..Once you get lot proceed it as per your requirement , finally post it to scrap.

one more thing there is no Inspection lot for this quantity...
