Hello, i have 2 SCs. when they are approved, they stay in approver's inbox and the status is 'Awaiting approval.
If i make a copy of the SC, the new SC gets the same problem.

Is this happening with all the SC ? You need to check the BADI implemented for your SC workflow. The workflow developer needs to debug and figure out why the system is determining same agent after approval.
You might want to debug your BADI implementation of BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI.
