notification are not creating with function location and equipment

Hi experts,

I am using standerd MAM30 application,

while creating nofication from device with function location , i am getting following error in error log

Error: Related SyncBO MAM30_030 with Sync key 0001002051 is not present on the device.

but when i checked in device, sync key 0001002051 in MAM30_030 is exists in device.

i am not able to track the problem, please suggest.

Please suggest , is it generic problem ?

because when i am creating notification without function location , it,s working fine.

so is there any patch need to apply in device ?

Hi,

Have you checked if the notification what you are creating is satisfying all the conditions for that specific functional location.( i.e the equipment you are using for notification creation belongs to that particalur functional location.Please check in SAP) Also please see if the cascade relationship is defined properly.
