Shopping Cart - Describe Requirement issue

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 SP05. when I try to create Shopping Cart in EP. If I click on Describe what you need......am getting an error box, "Action could not be performed" An Exception has occurred, by default Describe Requirement initial screen is showing Service related fields in grayed out mode.

The fields are

Description

Internal Note

Product Category

Quantity / Unit

Net Price / Currency

Delivery Date: DD.MM.YYYY Between DD.MM.YYYY

Please let me know, why system is showing error message, not showing the product Type: Material and its related fields in Describe Requirement initial screen.

Hello,

Could you provide some more details on the error. I'm on the same system and sp level and do not have this issue.

Tim,

After support pack upgrade to SP05, this functionality was working fine. Don't know, what is the cause for this issue. This may cause due to some config. change.

Tim,

Issue has been resolved.

Issue may be due to configuration on workflow BRF events for automatic schema determination.

We are getting a similiar error when creating a Describe Requirement' in the Enterprise Portal. Please let me know what resolved your issue.
