Counting lines from booked invoices...

Hello All,

I'm just starting my advanture with SAP so from the start... i'm sorry if something in this thread will not be write precisely.

I have an issue where i'm searching the way how to count all lines from every single invoice which was booked in SRM. For example if i have an invoice where:

Invoice (example)

Line 1: Renting cars Toyota for 20000EUR

Line 2: Renting cars Skoda for 5000EUR

Line 3: Renting cars Audi for 35000EUR

Report sholud give the answer = 3.

...i need to count lines from all invoices booked in SRM. Could you help me to find a way how to do this? Maybe there is in SRM report which will let me to do this or some transaction?

Try reading table CRMD_ORDERADM_I table with object_type BUS2205001. You can link this table to BBP_PDIGP on GUID field to get further details about this item.

To check the all the IV item with what ever status in SRM

Please user Table: CRMD_ORDERADM_I

in the selection screen :

OBJECT_TYPE BUS2205*

To find all IV posted to the backend system try transaction WE02 in R/3

Message type BBPIV and a time frame

item number = total segement number -4 (I think )
