charm - mail

Dear All,

We are implementing only CHARM for one of my client. Here they have a rqmt like once the change doc is created & its not approved by change manager in 24 Hrs, then a mail needs to trigger to the next level. Like that they want in all levels. How to achieve this ?

Hello,

With ChaRM/CRM I don't know a simple solution, but you could use report CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR. Create a variant with a dynamic posting date (current date -1), transaction type SDCR and status E001 (To Be Approved). Start the report with this variant as daily batch job and specify an email output device in the print specificataions of the batch job step. The generated list can then sent to your ChaRM approvers or whatever your next level is.
