still not able to acheive R/3 -> XI -> R3 scenario

Hi guys ,

after getting lots of help from this forum ,and after burning my fingers a lot on this, i am still not able to achive the r/3 -> xi-> r/3 scenario,

Can anyone please guide me to any thread or blog which helps me in acheiving this , or if any one knows any book which will have each and every step listed, kindly let me know,

i have gone through few pdf's , but the draw back is it dosent list down all the steps so am sure i am missing out on something.
