Contract number and date on Invoices

Dear Gurus,

pls let me know how can i customize the system so that the contract number and date can be traced through the Invoices.

Hi,

The question is clear but the purpose is not yet clear.

But If you have Invoice number available with you, you can trace the contract number from the Table VBFA (a document flow table). Here you will have to search for VBFA-VBTYP_V = "G" (which is for contract) where VBFA-VBELN = invoice number.

Hi,

If you develop the invoice format with the help of ABAPer then it is not very difficult to print the contract No and date on invoice.

You can find the contract no in table VBRP.
