Need component to raise message to automatically confirm the patch

Hi,

We have our DVM Scoping Session scheduled with SAP ,for this I have to upload some patches in SOLMAN, but while confirming the patches from SOLMAN it is giving an error "error during call of SAP backend system".I read SAP note number

982045 and accordingly found that our OSS password is correctly maintained still this error.I have raised a customer message to SAP for this.

In the mean time can anyone tell me the component via which I can raise a message to SAP to release the patch,

so that it can be downloaded from the download basket.I googled but couldn't find.

This would be a great help.
