Batch determination is not possible because there is no search procedure

Hi,

I have created STO in ME21N, then i have created delivery with PO. Delivery got created .

Now when i went to VL02N, and i clicked on batch deter mination button i am getting below message:

" Batch determination is not possible because there is no search procedure".

This delivery is against STO , so Sales order wont come into picture here.

I have checked below settings also:

V/cl : Item category batch is checked.

VCH1: I have checked the batch startegy also.

Kindly help as i am stuck up here.

Guys,

When i debuggued it i got that in table LIKP - SD Document: Delivery Header Data , In this i have not found the search proceudre..

Please Let me know what is missing.

Hi,

Check if u have assigned ur sales area & SO type to search procedure in V/C5....

oops..sorry..i didn't read ur query fully...its against STO...wil get back to u with ans if any..

Pls check in the conditon type and material master whether class and sort rule is assigned or not.

Hi,

i have checked for my condition type...Sort sequence is not assigned here as well as in MMR.

Do i have to assign it?
