Task 10008126 in german language error

Dear Experts,

Workflow notification of shopping cart to approvers in the german language has resulted in special characteristics in the lotus mail against the task description 10008126,hence please advice on how to correct this error.In the current set up smart form is not being used for workflow notification.

Hi,

This seems to be mismatch in task description maintenance. Go to the task in PFTC and check task description in German language. if description is not proper then maintain corresponding translation for task description again from SE63 and transport same to further environment.

Solved by myself by maintaining the proper url in the SRM Organization structure.
