Only the devices/browsers listed in the PAM are supported by Web Dynpro ABAP. No mobile device support exists in Web Dynpro ABAP.

What do you mean by supported devices? Do you mean which browsers we support? If so you can always find that information in the PAM (Platform Availability Matrix): http://service.sap.com/pam

What do you mean by extra cost? You don't pay extra for Web Dynpro. It is intetrated into the AS-ABAP. There is of course system processing (setup of the ICM and associated basis activities for any HTTP access to your system) and all users who access WDA applications should be licensed (just as they would if they access via SAPGUI).
