Returnable Packaging material.

Hi All,

Returnable packaging material :- X

Returnable packaging material :- Y

Finished material :- Z

When u deliver Z it goes with 5 quantity of X & 10 Quantity of Y.

How to pack Z in X & Y. Same as in Delivery? ie like Handling unit?

How to take back X & Y to pay Deposit back to Customer?

How to pay deposit? By Credit memo or by doing JV?

Hi ,

You can create a packing instruction using transacion "POP1" . For retuns of ret packaging use" LA" Document tyoe which is to pick up the ret packaging and create a return delivery and Credit memo for returns. ,ake sure that you have copy controls.
