What is the importance of relase status in condition table?
Hi,
If you check the release status, you can find that there are 4 statuses. Blank is for released. A is for blocked. B and C are released but have restriction. So, when the condition record is set for released, you can use the condition record in sales order and billing. So, the release status controls the usability of the condition records. The release status can be controlled by u2018Processing statusu2019. Check the following link to know about the link between processing status and release status.

Hi,
Release status is used for authorisation set by releasing the CONDITION TYPE before copiying to sales order.
In the Release status you will set the Hierarchy of authorisations for the condition records.
Once it was approved, it will copy to the order.
