Theres a few ways to achieve this...

1.- remove the bgd processes from ser4

2.- select target server for jobs

3.- create a server group in SM61 (you still have to maintain the jobs)

Whats going to be the usage of ser4?

Regards

Juan...

Thanks ..SM61 ...helped us . We understood by the following note in detail

-

Note 786412 - Determining execution server of jobs w/o target server.

Requirement of Ser4 is...

We have ECC installation on AIX Platform.

Requirement we have to connect to MS-SQL SERVER .

MS-SQL Connection Possible only thru WINDOWS..

When users scheduling Jobs ..the job are failin on WINDOWS Server becuase of " Hetro".

Your SM61 key word given the way to see above Note, and The note was exactly our requirment.
