1. Describe procurement with preferred vendor
2. buyer create a PO in the cockpit.
3.but PO not created and again comes to his cockpit.
Why? no error. it is like hide and seek game.

i also tried the same with buyer .i played 2 hide and seek game with the cart with the buyer. 2 hour i spent to recreate this problem. no break through

with same data i tried in development but i dont get oppurtunity to play hide and seek in cockpit.
any clues to create a successful PO to the Buyer.
