Static credit check: credit limit exceeded

Hi All,

While I am saving sales system throwing below error message.

Static credit check: credit limit exceeded 1,392.19 EUR.

Extend ur credit limit amount of the sales order customer in FD32.

Or release the sales order thru VKM1..

OR in OVA8 change the Reaction from C to D against Static for ur CCA-RkC-CG

Hi Aditya

The error msg is coming bcoz ur customer has exceeded his credit limit by the amt mentioned.

You can change the error msg to a warning msg or else in FD32 u an increase the credit limit of the customer.

The msg you are getting is an SAP std msg.

Hi Aditya,

The error message is encountered because your credit exposure has exceeded the credit limit set for this customer. See transaction FD33.

You can change config of popup from Error to Warning message in OVA8. This will help you to save the order and after that if require then you can release it through VKM3.

Or

Exceed credit limit of customer in FD32.
