How to set deletion flag for archiving with CV_DVS

Hi,

I want to archive document info records from DMS using archive object CV_DVS.

In SAP Help and on this forum I read that before archiving you have so set deletion flag for document info records that you no longer require.

How do I set deletion flag?

Hi Edmond,

you can see and set the deletion indicator in transaction CV02N. In the header area, you will find the deletion indicator and by double clicking you can set it and save the document.

Another possibility would be to set the deletion indicator with the BAPI_DOCUMENT_DELETE.
