BO LOV error

Am getting an error when i tried link a dynamic parameter in crystal.

Crystal Reports

Prompting failed with the following error message: 'List of Values failure: fail to get values. [Cause of error: putParamValuesForMissingInfo ReportSDKException(-2147482892):Failed to open the connection.

Cannot open database.

Failed to open the connection.

Which kind of data source are you retrieving your LOV data from? Are you getting the error in the InfoView or in CR Designer?

Hi Stratos,

Am using Oracle 10g database and it is a direct connection.

Am getting this error when running the report from CR designer. with the dynamic parameter it is not allowing me to save to the enterprise repository.

Please use the Business View Manager /CrystalBVM.exe) and check if the connection of your dynamic parameter is correct.

Hi, To test this i created a new set of data connection and one full set of LOV, but still i get the same error.
