Hi,

If you set the this indicator in the condition type, then you can delete the condition records that have been created for that condition type. and as well you can be able to delete the condition type from the sales document.

If you do not set this indicator, then you can only mark the condition record for deletion for that condition type. And you can't be able to delete the contion type from a sales document.

Hi

Like the previous posts said, if you select this flag for the particular condition type. When you do to condition record maintenance like VK12 and select a condition record for deletion, SAP will physically delete the record from the pricing table. The default is a deletion indicator is set on the condition record without actually deleting the record.

Regardless of which way you set this flag, SAP pricing knows to ignore a condition record that has a deletion indicator on it. Reason SAP by default uses deletion indicator is that it gives you an audit trail.

And no, deleting the condition master record does not delete the same condition on sales orders

Hi Hari,

The answer is in your question, "Changes which can be made" means If you set the deletion indicator in the condition type then you are able to delete the condition record of that condition type, determine in the sales order.

If you not set then you wont be able to that condition record for that condition type.

Hope it helps,
