E-Sourcing Access issues

Hi ,

I have moved my PRD databse to DEV environment . Now i'm able to deploy the PRD database into DEV environment . But when i'm trying to access DEV with PRD credentials facing issue as "Entry does not exists " . Since i pointed my DEV database with PRD database , am i not able to login to DEV with PRD credentials .. Pls ... help me out

Deepika,

Please explain what exactly you are doing and its purpose.....

Also give me ur directory configuration details.

If it is set to local then

only system and enterprise users will work with PRD credential.... try "manager" as a password for system user

have u run the update DB script in DBimport tool after changing ur DB ???

Actually i'm trying to replica the PRD into DEV environment , in order to check and fix the issues in DEV environment . Tried with system/manager .. it's not working ..

Can you please explain me clearly the steps to execute the DB file ..

I'm not sure of the password for both system /enterprise ..

But my doubt was since i'm already having PRD access .. y? i'm not able to access the databse in DEV UI with PRD access credentials ..

Hi Deepika,

Did you check with "system" and "enterprise" User ??
