how can i know that one activity has a cost or not? I mean is there any field (such as status) for activity that specify those activities assigned cost. Maybe in activities table.

At activity level only cost can be planned.

no budget and no revenue can be planned at activity level.

You can check the planned cost in the actvity itself or as a report (check the std reports)

For plan cost there any many standard reports in PS. For actaul cost you can give network and activity in CJI3.

As Nitin said, you can run reports for cost information on activity. You can use this simple way as well...In Cj20N select the activity for which you want to view cost, then press CtrlF10 and then press CtrlF11 it will show you the cost of that particular activity alone.
