Risk Terminator report is blank

Dear Experts

Recently I have configured RT in my GRC 5.3 server/ABAP

After the configuration RT worked for quite some time, it showed violations while we assigning roles to users and modifying roles..

After some time it started showing blank screen that mean like blank notepad at SOD violations screen,

Strange issue, Adapter is green in GRC RAR, RFC is good...

Can anybody guide us what may be the issue

Hi Hari,

Execute transaction SM30 & Enter "SSM_CUST" & click on display. Can you verify whether following 4 entries were maintained in the table or not.

Name: SAP_AFTER_PROF_GEN

Value:/VIRSA/Z_AFTER_PROF_GEN

Name: SAP_BEFORE_PROF_GEN

Value: /VIRSA/Z_BEFORE_PROF_GEN

Name: SAP_EXIT_USERS_SAVE

Value: /VIRSA/Z_EXIT_USERS_SAVE

Name: SAP_SINGLE_USERPROF

Value: /VIRSA/Z_SINGLE_USERPROF

If not, please make these entries in the backend SAP System.

Hi

The problem is with my SAP GUI which is lower version at 640..

upgraded to700..working fine.
