HR security - why some users able to see changes, and some users next day

Hi Gurus,

Please throw some light on this.

Some data load happened in HR system. 2 users able to see these changes immediately, and other users are able to see these changes next day only after index batch job execution.

When I compare the structural authorization profiles, I have found that these two users having following profiles with object type * value.

profile plan version object type object id evalpath

ALL_DISPLAY 01 * 00000000

ALL_SUPER ** * 00000000

So please let me know when * is there, then index job update not required? is it the reason why these two users able to see changes immediately.

You guys help will be much appreciated.

What was this job? Are you indexing structral authoriations for any users? Did the two users who saw it immediately have any structural authorizations.
